电解模具清洗机介绍 设备介绍 电解式模具清洗机是综合超声波清洗+电解清洗的双重功能，通过金属表面产生的氧气与氢气进行催化，再通过超声波对物体进行冲击爆破使污垢分离。 适用范围 注塑模具，模仁及配件表面的污垢，油污，除锈，硫化物，塑胶积碳，以及皮纹面清除瓦斯气体等残留物。 设备优势 操作方便 自动清洗 不伤模具表面 清洗速度快 节省人力 解决模具表面瓦斯气体残留而导致的产品表面发白，模具需要咬花、晒文等处理。设备操作简单、清洗速度快，一次性可以清洗整套模具，大大节省人力、财力，提高生产效率。 设备主要针对塑胶模具的清洗，能有效快速清洁模具表面锈迹、油污、瓦斯气体残留物、硫化物。

4. 将模具表面残留的清洗剂及杂质清除。
This tank has sprinkler irrigation system.objective : remove the chemical and dusty.

5. 清洗蚀纹面模具时，水洗结束后，再用手拿高压水枪冲洗一下模具蚀纹面。
For some lose the lines mold ,need use the giant wash after sprinkler irrigation.

三、清洗篮cleaning cage

1. 结构：全部为不锈钢材料。

四、控制系统control system

1. 控制面板集中布置各操作及显示按钮，有利于维护与保养，方便操作；
